ToughBelt

The ToughBelt.  It's exactly what it says: a tough belt.  Designed for daily work wear, not too thick and heavy but strong enough to attach your radio and sheers too. 

ToughMed only uses authentic AustriAlpin Cobra buckles.  If you don't know about Cobra buckles click here.  Don't settle for any of the cheap imitations that are widely available!

There are two buckles currently available - a quick-release buckle and a frame buckle.  Both are solid, it's a matter of personal preference.

Unlike many belts featuring Cobra buckles, the ToughBelt is simple and designed with four main purposes:

1. Hold your trousers up,
2. Hold some light equipment,
3. Look professional,
4. Be comfortable through a long day at work

The belt material is a 1.5"/38mm plain weave webbing that is doubled over along the entire length of the belt for extra stiffness and strength, but not so much stiffness that it is inflexible and uncomfortable.

No frills (apart from the awesome buckles), just simple, smart and durable utility.

When ordering a belt please put your waist size in inches or cm - we will do the rest.  The belt will have plenty of adjustability in both directions!

ToughBelts are made to order.  If they are "in stock" it means we have the required parts and will make your belt as soon as possible.  This will likely be within a day or two but this is NOT GUARANTEED!  If you need the belt for a specific date get in touch via the contact form or social media and we'll give you an honest estimate for production and delivery.

The MadeTough guarantee covers the belt belt webbing for the life of the buckle - if the webbing fails for any reason and the buckle is in tact, we'll fix it.  The buckle is guaranteed for 5 years from the date of purchase - in the unimaginable event of a Cobra buckle failure we will replace it with a Cobra buckle of equal or superior specification (subject to availability).  If you get bigger or smaller the belt can be remade to a new size for a small fee - just get in touch.  The MadeTough guarantee does not apply if you break the belt doing something silly but in any case, get in touch and we'll sort you out with a repair or replacement on very favourable terms.

WARNING - Cobra buckles do come with tested load ratings but the rest of the belt doesn't.  The belt IS NOT Personal Protective Equipment and IS NOT rated for climbing, belaying or any other use where you could hurt yourself.  Don't be that person!
