ToughMed is committed to delivering its promises of building top quality kit. However, you are not happy with anything at all, get in touch straight away by any of our social media channels or by emailing steve@toughmed.uk and we'll do what we can to sort it out.
You have an automatic statutory right to return most items bought from ToughMed within 14 days of receipt for any reason whatsoever. This is the 'right to cancel'. All you have to do is tell us you want to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it and you then have another 14 days from that notification to return the goods to us. Once we receive the goods we will process the refund (which will include the original delivery cost, if any) as quickly as we can and definitely within14 days. It is your responsibility to send the goods to the address below and you are responsible for any costs associated with this. Items returned under this right must be unused and undamaged although they do not have to be in the original packaging. ToughMed is so confident you'll love our stuff that it extends this protection to custom made and customised too.
If you receive an item that is faulty, defective or not as described in any way you have additional rights. You have the right to reject goods that faulty, defective or not as described and receive a full refund. Get in touch and we will arrange collection of the item and will issue a refund upon its receipt. If you later discover a fault you may have a right for a repair, replacement or refund depending on the circumstances. In addition to your statutory rights, ToughMed offers the MadeTough guarantee which is a limited lifetime warrantee. If your ToughMed product ever fails during reasonable use, we'll repair or replace it at our discretion. Repairs will be functionally guaranteed but we do not promise complete cosmetic restoration. For example, we may patch a hole which will leave a visible repair but be functionally sound and the colour of materials used in repairs may not exactly match the original material colour.
