It's a warmer, for your neck. It will blend in nicely with an ambulance uniform and the super soft fleecy material sewn into a two layered tube will ensure your neck is comfy and warm on the coldest of nights. It has a circumference of 60cm (and it'll stretch a bit) with and a depth of 20cm so it's big enough to be luxuriously comfortable but not so big that it will get in the way of you doing your job.
It's not PPE, so probably don't wear it when something's on fire or the water fairies are making sparks!
